Supri started as a tiny trailer and a lot of heart. Now it's Fresno's favorite place to slow down, sip something made with real care, and stay a little longer than you planned.
The trailer dream
Late-night recipe tests, early espresso pulls, and a shared love for real, quality coffee that’s where Supri began.
In 2021, Nishi and Gautham learned the craft from the ground up. Nishi took the leap from tech to hospitality, and together they brought their dream to life in a tiny coffee trailer.
Their vision was simple: great coffee, warm experiences, and a place that brings people together.
Small-batch, big intention
Our espresso blend — South American and East African beans — is roasted by Sauvie Island Coffee Roasters, a woman-owned Portland roastery. We use Producers premium dairy, because silky foam is never a detail worth skipping.
More than a menu
Boba, crepes sweet or savory (the Pesto Brunch Bloom has its own little following), house-made cream tops, and a test kitchen always spinning something new. Even the pickiest guest finds their thing.
Still here. Still yours.
Nishi still greets guests at the door and walks first-timers through the menu. Rooted in Fresno, built for everyone — your place to pause and stay bright.
